415V Fuses
NEPEAN Power 415V RG0 Fuse Protection

The RG0 range of fuses from NEPEAN Power offers protection against overload and short-circuit in electric lines (type gG), also available for protection of semiconductor parts and equipment against short-circuit (typer aR) and protection of motors (type aM). Rated voltage up to 415V. Rated current up to 32A. Working frequency 50Hz AC. Rated breaking capacity up to 80KA. Compliant with GB13539 and IEC269.

  • Variable cross-section fuse element made from pure copper or silver sealed in cartridge made from high-duty ceramic or epoxy glass

  • Fuse tube filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand as arc-extinguishing medium

  • Dot-welding of fuse element ends to the terminals ensures reliable electric connection and forms insert knife type contacts

  • Striker may be attached to the fuse link to provide immediate activation of microswitch to give various signals or cut the circuit automatically

690V Square Pipe

NEPEAN Power stocks a range of 690V Square Pipe Fuses which offer superior protection against overload and short-circuit in electric lines (type gG) and protection of semiconductor parts and equipment against short-circuit (type aR). These fuses have a rated voltage up to 690V, a rated breaking capacity up to 120kA and a working frequency of 50Hz AC. These fuses are suitable for a variety of different industry requirements with a range to suit rated currents between 63A and 160A. Our fuses are manufactured in compliance with GB13539 and IEC269.

The RG5 range of fuses from NEPEAN Power offers protection against overload and short-circuit in electric lines (type gG), also available for protection of semiconductor parts and equipment against short-circuit (type aR) and protection of motors (type aM). Rated voltage up to 1200V and rated current up to 75A. The working frequency is 50Hz AC and the rated breaking capacity is up to 80kA. These fuses are compliant with GB13539 and IEC269.

1000V Fault Limiting Fuses

1000V FL Fuse

The RS range of fuses from NEPEAN Power offers protection against overload and short-circuit in electric lines (type gG), also available for protection of semiconductor parts and equipment against short-circuit (type aR). Rated voltage up to 1000V and current up to 1600A. The breaking capacity of the fuses is up to 100kA. They are compliant with the IEC269-1/IEC269-4 and GB13539.1/GS13539.4.

Features
  • Variable cross-section fuse element made from pure silver sheets which are sealed in the melting tube made of high-density porcelain

  • Fuse tube filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz as arc-extinguishing medium

  • The two ends of the melting body are connected to the (knife) contactor by dot welding

  • Both knife contactors and board contacts available

  • Striker/indicator may be installed to the fuse link. When the fuse link breaks, signals are sent out in the case of an indicator, or the switch is pushed to cut the circuit in the case of a striker
